To make a restitution payment you may use this online payment portal OR you can mail in a Cashier’s Check or Money Order, payable to The Maricopa County Attorney’s Office.

Mail the Cashier’s Check or Money Order to: The Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, Diversion Programs, 225 W. Madison Phoenix, AZ 85003.
Please write on the Cashier’s Check or Money Order your full name and your Court Case Number which begins with ‘CR’. If you do not have your CR Number, please provide your date of birth. Thank you.
